As OzUBEX Industrial Transformation Center, we were delighted to host the team of our valued partner, 3B Digital Factory, at our center.
During their visit, we had the opportunity to introduce our model factory and showcase our advanced machinery and equipment infrastructure in detail.
The main focus of this strategic meeting was the work we are carrying out within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1831 Green Innovation Technology Mentorship Program.
Based on the corporate digital maturity assessment conducted specifically for 3B Digital Factory, we primarily focused on supply chain management and the digitalization of quotation and order management processes.
These analyses enabled us to evaluate existing capabilities and establish a clear roadmap for future projects. Beyond the technical aspects of digital transformation, our efforts also contribute directly to accelerating operational processes, increasing efficiency, and strengthening a sustainable culture of innovation.
