During our visit, we had the opportunity to closely examine ALUTEAM’s core activities and laboratory infrastructure. The insights shared, particularly on successful Digital Innovation Hub examples across Europe, were highly inspiring for our work.
In the afternoon, productive discussions were held during the Project Management Workshop, focusing on financial management and reporting processes. Evaluations on the current status of the project, its objectives, and areas for further development contributed to strengthening our collaborative approach.
