In line with our goal of increasing the digital competencies of SMEs within the scope of the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) MIDAS project, we are holding the “Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI in Business Processes” training at Özyeğin University on May 21. Through this training, we will practically explore how artificial intelligence creates a transformative impact from production to planning, and from content creation to quality control processes, serving as a powerful helper tool for professionals.
What is included in the training?
- An overview of artificial intelligence and its role in digitalization
- What is Generative AI (GenAI) and where is it used?
- Demand and stock forecasting, quality control with visual analysis, and capacity optimization
- Examples of text, image, and video generation
- Effective prompt writing, common mistakes, and solution proposals

Within the framework of the digital transformation vision offered to SMEs by the MIDAS project, participants will be equipped with not only theoretical but also practical knowledge, learning how to efficiently utilize AI as a supportive tool in their daily operations.
