Officials from the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology visited OzUBEX to examine our center’s activities closely. During the meeting, the progress of our project titled “Establishment of Industry 4.0 Competence Center and Digital Transformation of SMEs in Türkiye” was also discussed. Co-financed within the framework of financial cooperation between the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye, this project was implemented under the Competitive Sectors Programme run by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
During the evaluations with the ministry officials, ideas were exchanged regarding support mechanisms and collaborations that will contribute to the transformation process of the industry, in line with our vision for the EDIH MIDAS project, which aims to drive digital and green transformation in the manufacturing sector. Strategic topics such as digital maturity assessments for SMEs, customized roadmaps, and access to European funding were highlighted.
