We have left behind an intensive and experience-oriented 16-week process, realized with the vision of the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) MIDAS project, which aims to accelerate the digital and green (twin) transformation of SMEs in the manufacturing sector.
Throughout the program, our participants:
- Gained competencies in areas such as design thinking, agile working, and digital performance management,
- Developed dashboard designs and scalable architectures with Node-RED and Grafana,
- Developed field-oriented applications in IoT, quality, maintenance, and sustainability themes in compliance with the European Green Deal targets,
- Trained as “change agents” leading the digital transformation journeys of their own companies.
In line with the “test-before-invest” vision of the EDIH MIDAS project, we conducted our training in our demo factory and successfully deployed our applications in the selected pilot sites of the participating companies.
Thanks to the outputs of the program and the comprehensive assessment methodologies offered by MIDAS:
- We analyzed the digital maturity levels of our companies and created their transformation roadmaps,
- We implemented integrated solutions tailored to their needs together with transformation leaders.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to all our companies that added value to this process with their contributions: ENDEL Industrial Products Group, SIPIL GROUP, Bsk Havalandirma Sanayi A.Ş., Şensac Yassı Metal San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Kabel Kablo Elemanları.
We have built digitalization, integration, and data-driven decision-making competencies together with a focus on twin transformation. We are shaping the competitive industry of the future together. This is not just an end, but a stronger beginning for our SMEs.
